Purpose

The Inquisitive Grasshopper Blog welcomes you! Here, my purpose is to ask interesting questions and then do my best to provide accurate, supported answers to those questions. To keep it manageable, the focus will be on questions pertaining to environmental impacts: how behaviors concerning waste, landscaping, resource usage, etc. came to be, how living creatures other than humans interact with their bipedal neighbors, and what individual actions provide the most effective means of mitigating environmental or resource damage. This by no means covers all potential topics, but is a good place to start. By default of where I live, the majority of these questions will pertain to life in the United States. However, I do not want to disregard the rest of the world, so I reserve the right to investigate topics beyond the United States.

Generating questions and answers by myself would ignore the great benefit of having the Internet. So if you have a question or you'd like to contribute to an answer, I'd enjoy hearing your comments.
